From 4 to 5 January, the State Key Laboratory of Pharmaceutical Resources Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Molecular Engineering was jointly established by the provincial ministries of our university. The 2018 Annual Academic Conference, International NMR Workshop on Structural Chemistry and Structural Biology (International Seminar on Structural Chemistry and Structural Biology) and the International Joint Experiments of Pharmaceutical Resources Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Molecular Engineering between China and Pakistan were held. Professor M. Iqbal Choudhary, Professor Atia-tul-Wahab, Professor Sheng Chunquan, Naval Military Medical University of the People's Liberation Army, Professor Hu Kaifeng, Institute of Botany, Kunming Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences and other domestic and foreign experts were invited to attend and give academic reports. Professor Lin Chunyi, Vice-President of our university, attended the annual academic conference and unveiled the international joint laboratory. More than 150 teachers and students from the School of Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Sciences and Key Laboratories, four representatives of Guangxi Key Laboratories and the National Key Laboratory Project Team participated in the event.
